We have now reopened our Brighton office and have a core of staff returned to work within new safe working measures. We have updated our working environment to include screening between workstations, spacing of seating arrangements, santitiser stations and maintaining social distancing for all activities. Other members of staff are continuing to work remotely.
Crowther Associates have recently completed a development of 10 new houses at Denton Road, Newhaven.
Crowther Associates Architects, along with Mortar Nova Developments, are proud to have been awarded the prestigious ‘Montpelier and Clifton Hill Association 2019 Conservation Award Plate’ for our recently completed Montpelier Place development.
We have, this week, temporarily closed our office and all of our staff are now fully set up to work from home/remotely. Progress on all projects is continuing as programmed. Although we will not, for now, be undertaking any further site visits or attending face to face meetings, we are currently undertaking virtual meetings via conference call facilities or Web sharing software.

The demolition of the 1980’s extension to the rear of the original 1870’s Grade II listed King’s House is now fully underway, this makes way for the new development of 100 new build flats. The existing King’s House building is to be refurbished to create 69 luxury apartments.

Our Project at Denton Road, Newhaven is progressing well on site. A further two units are now starting to the rear along Denton Drive as part of the same development.
After a long drawn out planning process we are please to announce that Planning & Listed Building consent has now been approved for the change of use and extension of this Grade II listed building forming a new residential development of flats and houses in Gravesend.
