Our King’s House development is progressing well, with sales of the 2 & 3 bedroom apartments continuing strongly. The Developer is now launching the ‘One Bedroom Collection’, a contemporary collection of one bedroom properties. These vary in size, aspect and location within the building and include roof conversions as well as Lower Ground Floor patio garden apartments.

Crowther Associates Architects are currently working on a number of projects for Worthing Borough Council; a new build block behind the already converted Downview Public House and a larger conversion in Rowlands Road.

Crowther Associates Architects have submitted a Reserved Matters application for a new residential development in Isfield, East Sussex.
Jay recently attended a socially distanced presentation of the Montpelier and Clifton Hill Association Conservation Award plate on behalf of the client, Mortar Nova Developments, and all of the design team involved in the project.
Crowther Associates, working with Kier, have completed a new Pre-Operative Assessment Unit at Worthing Hospital.
Crowther Associates, working with Kier Solent and the Capital Projects team at The Western Sussex Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, have completed the refurbishment of 20,000 ft² of office and meeting spaces for the NHS Coastal West Sussex Clinical Commissioning Group at Wicker & Eagle House in Worthing.
We have now reopened our Brighton office and have a core of staff returned to work within new safe working measures. We have updated our working environment to include screening between workstations, spacing of seating arrangements, santitiser stations and maintaining social distancing for all activities. Other members of staff are continuing to work remotely.
Crowther Associates have recently completed a development of 10 new houses at Denton Road, Newhaven.
