Celebrity opening of St Richards Kitchens

Another completed project working with Kier Solent and the Western Sussex Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. Opened this week by Health Secretary Matt Hancock and Prue Leith CBE (Bake Off).

King’s House Demolition

The demolition of the 1980’s extension to the rear of the original 1870’s Grade II listed King’s House is now fully underway, this makes way for the new development of 100 new build flats. The existing King’s House building is to be refurbished in to 69 luxury apartments.

Denton Road

Our Project at Denton Road, Newhaven is progressing well on site. A further two units are now starting to the rear along Denton Drive as part of the same development.

Planning permission gained for Cox House, Gravesend.

After a long drawn out planning process we are please to announce that  Planning & Listed Building consent has now been approved for the change of use and extension of this Grade II listed building forming a new residential development of flats and houses in Gravesend.

Cricket Club Sponsors

Work experience week.

We have Monica from ‘The MET’ doing some work experience in the office with us this week. Today was a visit to our site in Montpelier Place with Ines, one of our team of Architectural Technicians, who has worked on the detail and technical information on this project.

New workshop and offices at Tesla.

Working in partnership with Sunninghill Construction on a design and build basis, Crowther Associates Architects have prepared a full construction package of information for this new workshop and offices forming the second phase of development at the Tesla campus in Storrington. This is currently on site where foundations and the slab are already being installed.

Conversion of The Downview Public House.

As part of Adur and Worthing Councils strategy for alleviating the need to house people in B&B accommodation, Crowther Associates Architects were commissioned to take forward a scheme to divide this disused public house into one and two bedroom flats for short term accommodation.  Tendered, the project is due to start on site during March 2019.
