Up on the roof

We all took advantage of the recent sunny weather and headed upwards to the top of our King’s House development new build apartment buildings. Some great views from the Grand Avenue building Penthouse.


Crowther Associates Architects are proud to announce a couple of staff milestones.

Dr Richard Kulczak, who has been with us for many years, is now promoted to the role of ‘Associate’ and will now become part of our practice management team.

Ceri Wright has completed and passed her ‘RIBA Part 3 Professional Practice Exam’ and is now a registered Architect.

Congratulations to both on these achievements from all at the Practice!

London Procurement Partnership NHS Framework

Crowther Associates Architects have now been accepted on the London Procurement Partnership NHS Framework.

Cath Lab Refurbishment completed

Crowther Associates Architects have now completed the refurbishment of one of the Cath Labs at the Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton.


Windlesham School

Crowther Associates Architects, working in association with Cheesmur Building Contractors, have recently completed a new extension to Windlesham School in, Brighton.


Rottingdean Cricket Club

Crowther Associates Architects have submitted plans, to the Southdowns National Park, for a new community sports pavilion, on behalf of the Rottingdean Cricket and Football Clubs, on Falmer Road, Rottingdean.

Dr Richard Kulczak

We would like to congratulate our Senior Architect, Richard Kulczak, who has now completed his PhD and is awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy, with the full thesis title of “Managing sustainability in design decision-making processes: mutual influences of human values and communication frames”. The thesis is to be published in the British Library, and the most useful aspects are being published in a range of scientific journals such as Construction Management and Economics; Journal of Cleaner Production; and Design Studies Journal.



Planning permission granted for Isfield scheme

We have just received planning permission for a new residential development of 10no. two, three and four bed housing located in, Isfield, Sussex for Lavender Houses Ltd.
