Although very well located close to the mainline station in Brighton, Queensbury House was dated and looking rather tired. A complete refurbishment programme has been undertaken, both inside and out, to create contemporary retail units on the ground floor with light and airy offices above.
An adjoining terrace property to the rear was included in the works, together with a basement car parking area and a remodelled site access.
The project has been completed for a private client following a recommendation from the project manager and further commissions have followed.
