Following the success of the refurbishment of Queensbury House in Brighton, our client engaged CAA to provide fresh new designs for the entrance, reception and common parts of this office block just behind the sea front in Hastings. A contemporary ethos was created which assisted greatly in enabling new lettings to take place.
