Crowther Associates Architects have recently completed an extensive refurbishment of Ashcombe House, a 17,000 sq ft 3 storey office block in Leatherhead Surrey. This project is one of an on-going refurbishment and development of a large property portfolio held by one of our commercial clients.
The internal works include a refurbished entrance lobby and office floors spaces, and at first floor level we have enlarged and refitted the existing toilet facilities and included staff shower areas.
This project also required the external paving and car parking areas to be reconfigured and resurfaced and various repairs have been completed to the external elevations of the building.
