Conversion of a former care home into 19 flats for temporary accommodation, for Worthing Borough Council; Now completed, the scheme comprises 1 and 2 bedroom flats, achieved with minimal extensions to the existing building and rationalisation of existing circulation routes. Crowther Associates Architects have taken the scheme through from initial feasibility sketches and are part of a full professional team under a traditional JCT contract.
