The Tide Mills residential development, for Nova Developments Ltd, is split between two sites, both located at Denton Corner, Newhaven, on the edge of the Mount Pleasant Residential area.
The first phase of development, a terrace of four new three bedroom family houses was completed in 2015 all selling off plan. The second phase, a development of a further fourteen new family homes, was competed in June 2016 now been handed over with over 50% sold off plan.
All units have been designed to a high level of sustainability incorporating renewable technologies and will have off street parking, and views overlooking the Ouse Estuary Nature Reserve and beyond down to the sea and harbour.
